Stars Fred MacMurray and Helen Walker. A gem of a horror-comedy that seems to get overlooked. It's right in there as a mash-up of THE OLD DARK HOUSE and ARSENIC AND OLD LACE. MacMurray plays a pollster looking for a missing co-worker in the mountains. He tracks him to a bizarre, eccentric, homicidal hillbilly family. Before long he's searching the rambling, spooky house for hidden treasure with the scary lunatics that live there. Really slick and fun!
